BTT Group (“bttgrp.com,” hereinafter referred to as “BTT Group”) complies with the Personal Information Protection Act to protect users’ personal information, safeguard their rights, and handle complaints related to personal information efficiently.
BTT Group will notify users of any changes to the Privacy Policy via website announcements (or individual notices).

4. User Rights and How to Exercise Them
Users have the right to:

- Submit such requests via written request, email, or fax as per Article 41(1) of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal
- Information Protection Act. BTT Group will take action without delay.
- Exercise their rights through legal representatives or authorized agents. In this case, a power of attorney must be submitted following the prescribed form (Form No. 11 of the Personal Information Protection Act Enforcement Rules).
- Note that requests for access and suspension of processing may be restricted under Articles 35(5) and 37(2) of the Personal Information Protection Act.
- Request correction or deletion unless the law specifies that the information must be retained.
- Verify the identity of the requester before granting access, corrections, deletions, or processing suspensions.

6. Destruction of Personal Information
BTT Group follows strict procedures for the destruction of personal information when the purpose of its processing is achieved.
Destruction Procedure
- User-provided information is moved to a separate database (or stored separately if on paper) and destroyed after a retention period according to relevant laws.
- Data stored in a separate database is not used for any other purpose except when required by law.

Personal information is destroyed within five (5) days after the retention period expires or when the data is no longer necessary.

Electronic records: Permanently deleted using technical measures that prevent recovery.

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is effective from the date of implementation. Any amendments due to legal changes or internal policy updates will be notified at least seven (7) days in advance via website announcements.
